How can I become a member of Teknosa?
You can easily become a member of Teknosa right now, completely free of charge.
Click the "Register" button on the "Login" tab at the top right of the page and fill out the membership form on the page that opens. When you join us, you will be informed about campaigns, discounts and many other opportunities before anyone else, and you will enjoy the privilege of being a member of Teknosa.
What is "My Account"?
From the "My Account" page, you can track your orders and malfunction/return/change transactions, view the gift certificates you have won, and easily adjust your account settings such as membership information update, password and address change.
What is "My Cart"?
"My Cart" is a screen that you can easily access from the upper right corner of the main page and that you will use frequently when shopping at Teknosa. On this screen, you can:
While browsing the product pages, you can view the products you like and add to your cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button.
You can check whether the products you have selected and their gifts, if any, have been added.
You can determine the quantity of the products you want to buy. All you have to do for this is to increase or decrease the quantities with the + and - arrows in the quantity box located just to the right of the products in the basket.
If there is a product that you have given up during shopping, you can perform your transaction by clicking the "Delete" button under that product in your cart.
You can use your gift certificates in your shopping by clicking on the "Redeem Discount Card" link in your cart.
You can see the total price of your orders including VAT, the amount of shipping you will pay and the check/promotion amount used on this screen.
How can I change my membership information?
To update your membership information, go to the "My Account" menu in the upper right corner of the main page and follow the "My Account Settings" - "Update My Information" directions, respectively. Your information will be updated when you make the necessary changes on the "Update My Information" page and click the "Save" button.
I forgot my password, what should I do?
Click on "Forgot Password" on the "Member Login" page. A link will be sent to your e-mail address immediately after you enter the e-mail address you used while signing up and the characters specified for security check in the relevant boxes. You can create a new password by clicking the link sent, and continue shopping safely.
You can also change your password on the "My Account" page at any time.

Products published in Teknosa are shipped from our stocks after ordering.
What is the net price of the product including VAT?
The prices on the product pages of Teknosa are prices excluding VAT.

Am I safe when shopping with a credit card?
Teknosa uses the latest technologies and the best service providers for your security when shopping with a credit card.
There is a key at the bottom of your browser on every page where you enter your personal information. This key is your assurance that the information you send through your browser will be protected against third parties. In addition, high security standards apply to all purchases you make from Teknosa. Thanks to SSL Security Certificate and 3D Secure services, you can easily shop without risking your security.
What is 3D Secure?
3D Secure is an identity verification system developed by card companies to ensure the security of online shopping. In online shopping, it is also known as a credit card verification process with a password. The application used for Visa is called "Verified by Visa" and the one for MasterCard is called "SecureCode".
Can I pay by money order/EFT?
At Teknosa, you can pay by wire transfer/EFT, or by Visa/Mastercard Credit Cards.
Click on the "Money Transfer/EFT" button next to the credit card option on the payment screen and select one of the banks offered to you on the screen that opens and write down the account number.
You will see the amount you will pay on the order confirmation screen. Make a note of this amount and check your product information.
Confirm the transaction by clicking the "Confirm Order" button at the bottom of the screen only once.
On the new page that opens, you will be given an order number by the system. Do not forget to write this number in the explanation part of the receipt when transferring/EFT to the bank.
You can also make your money transfer from ATMs, however, order number, name, etc., for payments made through ATMs. Since the explanations cannot be written, there is a problem in order confirmation. In order to avoid such problems and to confirm your order in a short time, we recommend that you send us your payment information by e-mail.
EFT transactions made to our bank account numbers may vary depending on the bank and the time of payment. EFTs made in the afternoon are processed the next day.
You will be notified by e-mail when your money transfer/EFT transaction is confirmed. When you receive this message, your order is in the preparation phase. You can easily access information about your order from the "Order Tracking" tab in the upper right corner of the homepage.
What is SSL?

How does SSL/TLS work?

How can I order from Teknosa?
You can order from Teknosa as a member. To become a member, simply click on the "Register" button on the main page. Plus it's completely free!
If you are going to create an order after completing your membership transactions;
- Add the product you like to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button.
- After selecting your products, click on the "Complete Shopping" button and you will come to the delivery information screen. After filling in the delivery and billing address information, choose your cargo from the bottom of the page.
- Under order summery you reach the payment information screen. Choose the one that suits you best from the payment options presented here.
- After making your payment selection, you can proceed to the order confirmation screen by clicking the "Continue" button. You can confirm your order by clicking the "Confirm Order" button on the top right of the screen only once.
- On the new page that opens, you will see the order number given to you by the system. You can track your order from the "My Orders" area at the top of the home page or from the "My Orders" area just below the "My Account" menu in the upper right corner.
Can I add products to the order I created?
If you have placed an order, it is not possible to add products to your order later. If the status of your order is suitable, you can cancel your current order and create a new order or order the other product you want to buy separately.
What does "Your order received" mean?
If the product you ordered is available in stock, your reservation is made immediately, your invoice is issued and the product is packaged and shipped. At this stage, you will see the text "Your order is being prepared" next to the product you ordered.
What does the warning "Preparing" mean?
"Preparing" warning is the status that appears in the period from the time the product you ordered is supplied until the invoice is issued and delivered to the cargo company.
What does the message "Shipping" mean?
After the product you order is supplied and packaged, its invoice is issued and delivered to the cargo company. While your order is in the shipping process, its status will appear as "Shipping".
How will I track the status of my order?
You can access the status information of the products in your order from the "My Orders" section on the "My Account" page.
I want to change the product in my order.
Your payment transactions are completed at the order stage. Therefore, the price of the new product you choose in the product exchange process should be the same or lower than the price of the product in your order. Product exchange can only be performed when your order is in the "Your order received" status.
I want to cancel the product in my order.
If all of the products in your order are in the "Pending For Payment" or "Preparing" status, you can cancel your order online.
I want to cancel my cargo order.
If all of the products in your order are in the "Pending For Payment" or "Preparing" status, you can cancel your order online by using the "My Orders" tab. If your product is in cargo, you can return the product by not receiving it when it arrives at your cargo address.
Shipping - Delivery
Is cargo delivery made to my address?
Our contracted courier companies deliver to every region of South Africa, but the delivery day or method may vary for some special regions.
How can I access the cargo tracking number of the products in myorder?
After logging in to Teknosa, you can access your cargo tracking information by following the steps "My Account - My Orders - Order Tracking" respectively.
When will my order be delivered to me?
After your order is approved, your order is delivered to the cargo company after the preparation of your product and invoicing. After your order is delivered to the cargo company, the delivery time of your products may vary depending on the delivery address and the delivery speed of the cargo company. You can get detailed information from the relevant cargo company.
You can access the information of the courier company that will deliver your order on the "My Account - My Orders - Order Detail" page, respectively.
What should I pay attention to during delivery?
When your orders from Teknosa are delivered to your address, after signing the cargo delivery receipt, we recommend that you open and check the cargo package, even if there is no problem with the cargo package. If there is any mistake in the package content or if the products are damaged, you should have the cargo officer prepare a damage assessment report and contact us.
What if the cargo cannot find me at the delivery address?
If the cargo companies we work with cannot reach anyone at the delivery address, they leave a compass at the door. On this compass, there are addresses and telephone numbers of the cargo branch that delivers to you. The cargo branch will keep your parcel for 3 days and if it cannot reach you, it will send your order back.
When you cannot receive your cargo because you are not at your address, you can reach your cargo branch according to the information on the compass and get detailed information about the delivery.
I want to receive my parcel from the branch.
In accordance with our agreement with our cargo companies in order to ensure the safety of the order owner, deliveries are not made from the cargo branches. The delivery of the products is made to the address you specified at the order stage. If you have provided cargo branch delivery information during order creation, your order will not be sent to you.
Invoice
How and when will my invoice be sent?
Your invoice will be sent according to the choice you made during order creation.
f you wanted your invoice to be sent with the product at the order stage, your invoice will be placed in a transparent bag on the cargo package.
If you have requested that your invoice be sent separately from your order, it will be sent within 7 days of delivery.
Will my invoice appear outside the parcel?
Due to financial obligations, the invoice of all kinds of products is displayed on the outer surface of the box in a legible manner, indicating the products inside.
I haven't received my bill.
If you have requested the invoice separately from the product at the stage of order creation, your invoice will be sent by mail within 7-10 business days following the delivery of the product.
How can I change my membership information?

Return - Refund Policy
You can open a refund request from the Dashboardby viewing the order details of the product you want to return.
Product:
Products are subject to availability.
Product/s may not be specific to the advertised product and may differ marginally from the product delivered.
Price:
Price/s advertised are subject to change if the manufacturer increases its prices or the value in foreign currency increases.
Capacity:
Persons using this website must be over the age of 18 years and financially able to enter into a transaction.
Such person/s will be personally liable for any orders placed on the website.
Orders:
Once an order is placed, the product/s will be sourced and an invoice will be presented, confirming the product/s ordered, the value of the order and costs of delivery for the order.
If the product/s was priced erroneously on the website, sufficient notice will be given of the error and the invoice presented will reflect the correct price of the product/s.
Payment by EFT will be effected on receipt of the invoice, thereby confirming agreement with the product/s and the price/s thereof and the delivery charges therefor.
The order will be despatched once fund/s clear in company bank account.
Notice will be given once the order has been despatched.
We will not be responsible for any delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control. (Deliveries are managed by third parties contracted to Teknosa, Teknosa is not liable for delays on the part of the courier.)
Returns Policy:
Return of a product, unless the product received by you is damaged or wrong, delivery to Teknosa will be at your own costs.
unless the product returned is damaged or wrong, returns will attract a handling fee of 10% (Ten percent).
Products used or damaged will not be eligible for refund.
Refunds will be processed and paid to your bank account within 14 business days of approval of the return product/s.
